The home should be clear of clutter and personal items, off the floor and surfaces. We are house cleaners not housekeepers.
We have a general pricing list on this site to refer to. There are cleaning requests that are unique to your home. We will be happy to adapt our pricing base on your specific needs.
Our preferred options are Zelle or Venmo. Other options can be discussed, but may require a $50 deposit.
We will never tell you that you must leave your home, however, it's preferred to have the home empty for the duration of the cleaning. This allows staff to be 100% focused on making your home clean. Traditionally, we enter homes through a key lock box and we can provide it if needed. We are also open to other options.
There are many products for every type of cleaning situation although we typically use eco friendly and pet safe products on every day surfaces. Specific products can be utilized upon request.
We go above and beyond to ensure 100% to our clients. If for any reason you have concerns or are not satisfied. Please, contact us within 24 hours so that we can make things right.
Each individual clean, time will depend on the condition and size of the property. Routine cleans range from 2 to 4 hours, deeper cleans can take up to 8 hours . Every home is different and we encourage in-home visits to customize your clean based upon your needs and wants.
Life is unpredictable but we all have schedules. 24 hour notice is all that we ask. if a deposit has been rendered we reserve the right not to refund if 24 hour notice is not given.
